LACY ROE - (OWNER)
Lacy Roe is the proud owner and a creative senior stylist at The Colour Parlor salon. With sixteen years experience behind the chair and salon management, Lacy is at the height of her career as a master stylist who can successfully multi-task by leading her team of stylists as well as taking on the most challenging head of hair. Lacy is often requested for her excellence in creating the most beautiful natural blondes. Her level of experience behind the chair has earned her a five star yelp reputation that is due to her excellency, consistency and a solid clientele of followers. She specializes in color corrections, highlighting and balayage, haircutting and styling as well as helps her fellow stylists to grow through mentorship. As a stylist who seeks education she also helps to provide and share that knowledge with her team of the latest techniques, styles and products the beauty industry offers. Lacy is easy going as she is charismatic that her clients and coworkers find charming. The client/coworker relationship with Lacy is comfortable and lighthearted as she takes great pride and care with everyones needs as a stylist/business owner. Her mission for the Colour Parlor Salon is to enhance a professional, relaxing and welcoming experience that guests and stylists are more than pleased with when visiting or working at this establishment.
MONICA CANTU
Monica has been in the hair industry for almost 20 years. Throughout her career she has attended various educational, technical and business courses. In recent years Monica was the liaison between a well known hair company and taught education, new trends and techniques to her salon peers. Her work has been published in Passion hair books and online boutique look books. Monica’s services include haircuts, hair color, Brazilian blowout, extensions, makeup, simple special effect makeup and is available for on site work. Some of her favorite services to provide are “lived” in color applications , Brazilian blowouts and low maintenance color techniques. Monica is currently accepting new clients.
TRISTIN
I have 15 years of behind the chair experience. My passion for creating beautiful hair is never ending. My main focus is achieving my clients desired looks while maintaining the health and integrity of their hair. Whether I’m fine tuning the look you love or helping you try something new, I believe hair is a great way to express yourself and I look forward to helping you achieve a look you love! My specialties include: Lived-in blonde/Balayage, Long layers, Brazilian blowout, and Tape In Extensions.
SANDRA SODERQUIST
Born and raised in Southern California Sandra graduated from Paul Mitchell Academy with honors. Inspired throughout the years by cutting icon Vidal Sassoon. Constantly pursuing current trends and investing in education for today’s techniques .Specializing in natural effect highlights and custom cuts with great attention to detail.
Blair Hyden
With 15 years experience behind the chair, I am confident to take on any services from custom color formulations and application to tailored haircuts for women and men. Great at building trusting, long lasting relationships with my applicable attention to detail and easy going personality. Always looking to create a unique and beautiful experience for my guest.
Karina Madrigal
Hello my name is Karina Madrigal , I have been a hair stylist for 6 years . I am a bilingual hairstylist . My goal with every client is to make them feel satisfied and beautiful while making them feel right at home .
AMANDA MACKEY
Hi, My name is Amanda Mackey. I am a licensed Cosmetologist who studied at Paul Mitchell the school of Temecula. After receiving my license I also trained and assisted under Lacy Roe, the owner of The Colour Parlor to gain extensive training in coloring services. I specialize in highlighting and balayage techniques, color and cuts. I have always had a passion for beauty and enjoy bringing smiles to each client that sits in my chair.
Chanowa Wernicke
Highly artistic and skilled stylist, motivated by a love of aesthetic improvement and a Desire for client satisfaction. Educated in advanced color and cutting techniques to best fit my guests unique style. Certified in Brazilian blowout, and tape in extensions. Excellent listener and communicator who works hard to make sure every guests experience is a positive one. Current with new styles and trends. Adept to Educating clients on how to work with their hair type/texture.
MARY ROMINA
is a bilingual stylist at the Colour Parlor but has years of experience of a second generation in the hair industry. Growing up in the industry, Mary has a firm grasp of the nature of servicing customers as a professional. Mary started doing hair very young and made it her true profession when she decided to get licensed. She already does hair like a master and has a calm, collective personality to accompany her refined skills. Mary specializes in blonding, Balayage, color techniques, haircutting and makeup. JOHN
Hi my name is jean (john), I have been in the industry for almost 25 years. I dreamt of being a hair stylist since I was young. My favorite part of my job is the creativity! I love to bring out the inner beauty of my client and transform them from ordinary to extraordinary! My specialties are cut, blow out, colors , hilites, balayage, ext..! My special training and achievements are 3 years of studying in Paris, france. I have done training for L' Oreal, Bumble & Bumble in New York, Schwarzkopf products in canada in 2002, and won the certificate of achievement in recondition of successful completion of the Yamaguchi Feng Shui seminar in Ventura, California, in 2003. I'm very out going person who loves to meet a new people!
TANYA BECKMAN
Tanya is an amazing haircutting and color specialist. A professional who listens well and helps guide her customers whenever they are unsure. You can be confident that Tanya will give you the right color and and style to compliment your face and skin tones. ANGELA KINNEY
Angela is a master stylist with 19 years experience behind the chair. She is certified in Ouidad curly hair and keratin smoothing systems. Although she is specialized in curly hair, she is as much experienced in all styles of hair cutting ranging from men’s to women’s short, long, layered, classic and the latest trends of today. Angela is a former salon owner and enjoys pampering her guests as she creates beautiful cuts and colors with pride. She believes in continuous education and stays well trained in all color techniques such as balayage, blonding, grey blending, melts, touch ups, etc.. She can easily do a beautiful red or a color correction and is diverse in her skill set. Angela will take on any cut or color with a positive, fun attitude as she consistently delivers beautiful end results that keep her guests rebooking their next appointment.
YAZMIN
I believe in having one opportunity. Once you sit in my chair I will dedicate my time to listen and have an open conversation. My specialty is hair cutting, hair color, gray blending, Balayages, baby highlights, blondes, copper, redheads, and Brunettes. Did I mention kids and men’s grooming? Having a background due to the military lifestyle, made me a hairstylist in Florida for 6 years. I do wedding hair and makeup when the season is here! I'm happy to be back to California. 12 years helping people with my talent gives me a great honor to help others accomplish fabulous hair styles.
KARLI ROSARIO
Karli has transformed her passion for beauty and creative background in Graphic Design into a flourishing career as a hair stylist. Overcoming personal challenges, including postpartum depression, she pursued her true calling at Marinello School of Beauty and further honed her skills under the tutelage of Ricardo Jaramillo, a master stylist trained by Vidal Sassoon and Toni & Guy. Now, as an Educator for JOICO and a proponent of mental health and self-care, Karli's unique approach combines technical mastery with a deep commitment to personalized care, making her services highly sought after. Her focus not only emphasizes healthy, dimensional color and effortlessly chic styles but also fosters a supportive and inclusive environment for all clients, including those in the LGBTQIA+ community.
